We'll introduce you to our range of travel options and itineraries. We'll also help  you to complete your documents if you decide to reserve a holiday. 

To Confirm your Reservation: 

1. Reserve a convenient time for our team to meet with you.
2. We will contact you to introduce ourselves, describe your holiday itinerary and answer any questions you may have. 
3. We will assist you to complete a Guest Services Plan to describe how we can best support you to travel.  (except returning guests who have travelled within 12 months)
4. We will provide a Quote and Service Summary for your consideration and agreement.
5. To confirm your booking you must pay any travel deposits and final balance as required by your booking type.
6. You'll receive your Itinerary and Travel Wallet (3 weeks before departure)
   
7. Get packed for the holiday fun.
